The receptionist was warm and efficient. She provided us with a late check-out at 2:00 AM. The room was quiet and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices, beginning at 4:00 AM with a Continental Breakfast. Hot options started at 6:00 AM. I WILL book this again.

The cost was £91, and the initial room assigned was unheated. There was no hot water available. We were moved to a new room later. This situation was inconvenient. I am an IHG member.

i found the staff to be friendly AND efficient. they were very approachable and helped in every possible way. the location proved excellent for airport access and the Wi-Fi worked great. the food in the bar area was good AS well.
